A modern Nordic twist on the traditional Japanese paper lantern, the Hashira Wall Lamp’s (2021) semi-translucent linen shade reveals the linear, graphic frame within. This poetically captures the mission of Copenhagen-based designers Norm Architects “to create minimalist designs that whisper rather than shout.” Shaped from welded steel and wrapped in handmade linen, the sconce’s warm, ambient glow looks equally elegant mounted individually in a hallway or paired above a bed or sofa. Bulb (not included): replaceable LED 4W. Made in China.
